Lost-guistics

1) Herarat Airways - the new airlines on "Lost".

her-a-rat - adj, Hirsute, full of hair.

What does this mean? I have no idea. Only that Juliet has long hair. Other than that, I'm stumped.

Well, it could also be a play on "Here a rat".

2) Sabine, the "Other" woman who died on the table in Juliet's flashback.

The Sabines were an ancient race of people who lived in Italy near Rome. Legends hold that the Sabine women were abducted by the Romans to help populate Rome, and later threw themselves and their children in between their own men and the Romans to stop war.

The "Other" women were trying to survive pregnancy, and presumably populate the Island. Juliet herself was "kidnapped" to assist that process, so in a manner of speaking she is a Sabine woman. She of the herarat blond locks.

Perhaps she will eventually throw herself and her (Claire's?) child between the Losties and the Others to prevent open conflict....
