Scotty was always my favorite character on Star Trek, even when he was made a bit of an old buffoon in later movies. Solid, reliable, dependable, he got the job done. And in less time than Kirk needed.James Doohan was a good man as well - a D-Day veteran in the Canadian military, an accomplished actor and voice artist, a husband and even father to a 5-yr-old daughter... Mr. Scott - Mr. Doohan - you will be missed. Thank you for the memories.
