This mural was found painted on a wall at Iraqi military headquarters in Nasiriya.

There's plenty of speculation about the meaning of this over at The Command Post, but here's my take:

Can't they do a chemical analysis of the paint and materials in the mural, and determine its age? It's bad enough if it's <18 months old, but if it's >18 months old....well, someone's got some 'splainin to do.......
